3. Behaviourally: Maybe you’re avoiding certain places or people without knowing why, or perhaps you’re using food, work, or even binge-watching shows as a way to escape feelings that seem too big to handle.

* Reach out for support: Talking to someone who understands can make a huge difference.
* Practise self-care: Engage in activities that nourish your body and soul, like yoga, reading, or spending time in nature – whatever makes you feel best.
